Pauli Sprang

Pauli loves creating spaces where people feel welcome and safe enough to open up to leaning into the possibility of a social otherwise. In their work, they aim at approaching social transformation not only cognitively, but with the whole of our entangled bodies, nervous systems, and emotions.

With a background in Gender Studies and professional training in communal grief counseling, they look at how societal structures limit our bodies and our capacity for connection. For more than 5 years, Pauli has been holding spaces both in NGOs, especially as the director of Humanity in Action’s Berlin Fellowship, and as freelancer, exploring ways to open up for other ways of relating and working towards the futures we desire.
